4. Service Description

SEOJS provides AI-powered SEO analysis and metadata generation via dashboard, SDK, and API. SEOJS does not modify your website or guarantee SEO rankings.

5. Plans & Billing

Usage limits apply to all plans. Billing may be introduced in the future, with pricing clearly communicated beforehand.

6. API & SDK Usage

API and SDK access is subject to plan limits and fair use. We may revoke access in cases of abuse or violations.

7. Intellectual Property

SEOJS owns the platform and software. You retain ownership of your content and generated metadata.

8. Disclaimer

SEOJS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or SEO outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOJS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid, if any.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using SEOJS at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
